Shawsheen River Greenway

The mission of the Shawsheen Greenway is to make the River corridor a vital recreational, cultural, transportation, and educational resource for our entire community and region. By working with the landowners and a broad array of community groups and Town government it will act as the catalyst for building land and water trails, access points for walking, pedaling, paddling, fishing, and passive recreation while promoting economic and conservation values of the adjacent lands. The Greenway will link the community to its past, neighboring communities, and promote appropriate new use and enjoyment of the corridor.
